bathrooms are stocked with nice soap and shampoo and the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen was easy to work with and perfect for our family style meals, the house was immaculately decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable, each room was impeccably decorated and all guests felt like they had the best room, the bedrooms were clean and the house had such a beautiful old charm to it, clean comfortable and had everything we needed, the house was spotless and beautifully decorated, :) the house was super clean and cozy decorated beautifully and the beds were so comfortable, leighs quick response time and clear instructions made her a great host, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating, lovely renovation and very accommodating hosts we had a great girls weekend, the location was perfect close to hiking and wineries, we enjoyed our walk around the historic village of harpers ferry, the location provides great access to hiking and harpers ferry, west virginia together, the kitchen was well equipped which made it easier to prepare meals, it was cold in the house but the heaters were a nice addition, all 8 bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and the beds were comfortable, the beds were comfortable sheets and towels were nice and clean, large clean house with a pool the kids loved, the owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions i had, the owners were always responsive and attentive, we would definitely recommend the owner was very responsive to our questions and needs, property manager was easily accessible and very helpful, the owners were very accommodating and helped us with entertainment options, perfect for large groups and close to ace rafting, peaceful location with great outdoor space, the master suite was wonderful offering privacy and being close to the kitchen/breakfast area, this was the perfect location with a beautiful old farm house, fully furnished house with picnic facilities, fayetteville, the only hurdle we hit was no wi-fi or washer and dryer (but great reception on cell phones), we had fun relaxing by the pool and taking day trips to local attractions, was great to hang out on deck and pool area, nice outdoor area with a pool hot tub and a lot of green space, the house is very clean and very well kept, the place was very clean and had enough room for 5 couples, the pool was private and clean and plenty of seating around the pool, this was a great place for a fun girls weekend very clean and well kept, the owners were very friendly and responsive, host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was superior, adventures on the gorge rafting was also close by at only 10 min away (i highly recommend ), great location if going to a wedding/event at the confluence which is what we were there for), location is close to the new river gorge where we enjoyed zip lining and hiking, luxurious colonial property with a game room, harpers ferry, bathroom off each room is so nice when going with multiple families, the huge dining room table seated our entire group and became the center of lots of our activity, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean and newly decorated, chad the property manager was helpful with any questions, this is a great location for a family get together - we will go again, this was a fantastic place to stay for a large family, family-friendly retreat with a gorgeous kitchen, fayetteville, the back deck pool and yard were fabulous, the pool area is amazing - they have taken great thought into the needs of those renting, the pool and outdoor area was absolutely beautiful, the owners are amazing host - answering all questions so quickly, the owners went out of the way to make us feel welcome and at home, the owners were gracious and sent their son aiden to his rescue, the owners are amazing - we love chatting with them and getting to know them, in addition to being a nice property this house is in a good location, it is very well maintained and equipped - close to stores services and attractions, pool was perfect to take a dip and let the kids play, the pool was nice especially after a rough day of riding, host was easy to work with and responsive, modern farmhouse with fishing ponds, red house, the house is packed full of extra plush towels bedding and incredibly comfortable beds, home was clean and comfortable pool was beautiful and mountain views were amazing, the host was very attentive and great with communication, host was great with communication and very kind, wifi coverage throughout the main house and outdoor activity areas good heat/ac system, sherry was responsive to our one need (wifi code) immediately, went with a party of 7 and had more than enough room, the private pool and deck were the best thing about the home, also it was so nice to have dish soap hand soap and toilet paper napkins etc, the house was clean and there was plenty to do nearby, everything was in working order and clean, home was clean and provided the perfect space for our family, great hospitality and prompt response from our host, sherry was a great host highly recommended, just the perfect place and a perfect host, haha we can't wait to come back sherry was a wonderful inviting host, overall great location and a fun place to stay, so close to everything you need and the beautiful new river gorge, super close to everything including outdoor activities and restaurants, the amenities the location comfortable furniture and upscale decor, the heated pool was perfect in april along with the hot tub, we came in the winter so the pool was not open but the hot tub is great, upstairs has 3 trundle beds and was perfect for our 4 kids, the pool allows us to come back from a day of adventures and relax, everything was very clean and well stocked, the place was very clean and the beds were comfortable, she was also very responsive with any questions we had, cindy was an excellent host and our group had a great time, cindy was kind enough to locate the wallet and mail it back to my mother, the house was well equipped with everything we needed and the host communicated great with us, one of a kind my family had a great vacation here loved the pool, perfect house and perfect location for rafting and visiting the national park, easy driving distance to new river gorge national park as well, from the unique set up to the perfect outdoor setting this place blew our expectations away, great location for food brews and
